Through a recent statement, Megan Thee Stallion was announced hospitalized during her Broadway performance of ‘Moulin Rouge!’ after having serious symptoms of unwellness, which taught her a lesson.

On Wednesday, April 1st, the rapper’s spokesperson made a worrying statement revealing that at last night’s performance of ‘Moulin Rouge!’ on Broadway in New York City, the artist experienced health issues that took her to the hospital.

“During Tuesday night’s production, Megan started feeling very ill and was promptly transported to a local hospital, where her symptoms are currently being evaluated.”

Later, Megan Thee Stallion’s spokesperson made a new statement revealing that her “concerning symptoms” were due to “extreme exhaustion, dehydration, vasoconstriction, and low metabolic levels.” Also, she has now been treated and discharged.

A few hours ago, the rapper shared her own story through a new Instagram post, sharing how she has been working beyond her limits and how scared she was with her strong symptoms on the stage and finally, her next steps to be back sooner and stronger.

“Last night was a real wake-up call for me. I’ve been pushing myself past my limits lately, running on empty, and my body finally said enough. It honestly scared me. I thought I was gonna faint on stage, I really tried to push through my performance but I just couldn’t. Hotties I wanna be real with y’all because you mean everything to me and I hate letting yall down 🥺 I just need one day to rest, reset, and take care of myself the way I should have been..I’ll be right back on that stage Thursday, stronger, clearer, and ready to give you 100% the way you deserve. Thank you for always riding with me and loving me through everything”
