ZEROBASEONE continues as a group after reorganizing as a five-member team

ZEROBASEONE will continue working as a group after reorganizing into five members. On February 12, 2026, WakeOne announced that Sung Hanbin, Kim Jiwoong, Seok Matthew, Kim Taerae, and Park Gunwook decided to move forward together under the name ZEROBASEONE. The company explained that this choice was made based on mutual trust and a shared desire to continue working as a team.

“Members Sung Hanbin, Kim Jiwoong, Seok Matthew, Kim Taerae, and Park Gunwook have decided, based on deep trust, to begin a new season together as ZEROBASEONE.”

The remaining members, Zhang Hao, Ricky, Kim Gyuvin, and Han Yujin, will complete their activities as ZEROBASEONE members before moving forward with their own careers. They will participate in the group concert at the KSPO Dome in Seoul Olympic Park in March 2026. After that show, they will begin separate activities under YH Entertainment. This concert will mark the end of ZERBASEONE as a nine-member boy group.

ZEROBASEONE debuted in 2023 through the audition program Boys Planet and quickly became one of the most successful reality groups in recent years. The group achieved six consecutive million-selling albums after its debut. The original contract period was set to end in January 2026, which led to public attention regarding possible extensions. In December 2025, all nine members agreed to extend their contracts for two months, including a new release in February 2026 and an encore concert in March 2026. After the March concert, ZEROBASEONE will officially continue only as a with 5 members, with WakeOne promising to support the boy group in their new era as a five-member team.
