BTS officially announced their return to global stages with a world tour that will travel across five continents. The initial routing was released on January 16, 2026, listing 34 regions and a total of 79 shows worldwide. Live Nation followed the announcement by confirming venue plans in several cities. The tour begins in April with three concerts at Goyang Stadium in South Korea before moving to Tokyo Dome for two nights. North America will feature 12 cities and 28 shows, in addition to concerts across South America and Europe.

One of the most discussed parts of the announcement came from statements made by BTS regarding the tour’s scale. While the boy group already confirmed a large number of concerts, they shared that they personally asked their agency to add even more locations and venues. A post published by @AboutMusicYT on January 16 revealed that they asked management to expand the list so more fans could attend the live shows. Thanks to the statement, BTS fans (also known as ARMY) are getting ready for the group to reach as many cities as possible during their world tour.
