In a new YouTube video, it was revealed that SHINee’s Minho placed 1st in the 5 km Dubai Run course, defeating thousands of people and making all his fans proud of this new personal achievement.
A few hours ago, the second part of the idol’s appearance at the variety show Halmyeongsu was released, sharing more of their experiences in Dubai, including the idol and presenter joining the famous Dubai Run, a massive free annual event that was expected to attract over 300,000 participants.
Minho and his host attended this activity at 5:30 am to join all participants and stretch together to start. The singer was surely having fun while filming his run progress and sharing his expectations and run tips, but there was an exciting ending.
The SHINee member became the first place winner of the 5 km Dubai Run. Minutes after crossing the line, the idol confessed, “I wasn’t planning to run fast… but at the very end someone suddenly zoomed past me”, making him bring out his competitive side.
He continued explaining, “So I was like, ‘I should show the power of Korea’, and sprinted like crazy at the end”. On social networks, fans expressed their admiration for the idol with comments such as:
