The 2025 MAMA Awards are about to bring demon-slaying power with an animated twist! KPop Demon Hunters were announced to make an on-stage re-creation of the legendary battle between HUNTRIX and Saja Boys, the two groups from the movie. This collaboration was revealed at the Press Premiere for the event on November 11, 2025, with the director Ma Du Sik saying that “We will blur the lines between animation and reality.”
This year’s ceremony runs under the theme “UH HEUNG,” a nod to Korean-style excitement and cultural tradition. Hosts Park Bo Gum and Kim Hye Soo will lead the night, marking another milestone for the event that first began in 1999 and evolved into Asia’s most influential K-pop ceremony.
