On October 21 KST, Hwa Sa appeared on SBS Power FM’s “Cultwo Show” alongside comedian Hong Yoon Hwa. Hwa Sa’s notorious weight loss was the highlight of the conversation as the host stated he heard her diet secret these days was fasting runs.
“When I run at home, I keep it to around 3 kilometers — that’s just right for me. When I run outdoors, 7 to 8 kilometers feels perfect.”
She stated her secret: it’s related to how exercise makes her feel. The idol went on to explain that running on an empty stomach helps her feel lighter and more focused throughout the day, which clears her mind, and she eats better afterwards.
