The surprise twist in season 3 had him hiding out in Thailand under the alias “Gary,” after Tanya’s suspicious death (in which Greg might’ve been involved). This character not only avoided prison, but also made a deal with Belinda that made her a millionaire.

With a luxurious life in Thailand, a new girlfriend named Chloe, and enough money to keep Belinda quiet (for now), Greg has zero reason to leave Thailand or to even maybe be put in the spotlight for his crimes. Unless, of course, someone rats him out, maybe Belinda?
Still, The White Lotus loves a full-circle moment. Even a brief Greg cameo could keep the tradition alive. On the flip side, his shady connections (like Timothy Ratliff, now serving jail time) might drag him back into the mess. Whether justice comes knocking or not, Greg’s story might not just be done. However, it looks like Season 4 might be the first without him, so let’s see how this impacts the series moving forward.
