The hype train started rolling on June 12, when different promotional posters, saying “BTS x DM4,” were spotted in Los Angeles. The posters displayed hearts in black, yellow, and purple, indicating the collab between the boy group and the animated film. After that, BTS and Despicable Me 4 took to social media to drop a teaser with the members as Minions, dancing to their smash hit “Permission to Dance.”

Now, our dreams have officially come true and the secret behind their collab has been revealed! The new BTS x Despicable Me 4 Funko Pop Collection features all group members as Minions. There are 8 figures in total for fans to start creating their own animated world. Meanwhile, the Despicable Me 4 film will be premiered on July 3, 2024.
