TWS has been the trending topic of the week because of the recent controversy at the Incheon Arena. The boys had to evacuate the arena because of the fans’ disruptions during the match, where they were special guests. However, the controversy wasn’t enough to crown them once again on “Inkigayo.”
“Plot Twist” undoubtedly is the rising hit of 2024 in the Kpop scene. The boyband has proved to everyone they can be major hitmakers and be at the same level as the greatest Kpop stars. Inkigayo even has recognized the boys’ talent five times already.
On March 23, a new episode of SBS’ “Inkigayo” was broadcast. As usual, there were several fun performances including OH MY GIRL’s YooA, HIGHLIGHT, THE NEW SIX, YOUNG POSSE, CRAVITY, TEMPEST, xikers, VVUP, LUN8, and n.SSignm, (G)I-DLE, DAY6, THE BOYZ, Red Velvet’s Wendy, Chungha, NCT WISH, and PURPLE K!SS, among others.
As the night was about to conclude, the hosts took over the stage to announce the candidates for first place. BIBI’s “Bam Yang Gang,” (G)I-DLE’s “Fate” and TWS’ “Plot Twist” were competing, and ultimately TWS took the win with 6,414 points.
