From spooky basement reveals to a three-part finale release plan, the two biggest shows on Netflix delivered major moments. But they weren’t the only ones—trailers, teasers, and casting news flew in fast for titles across genres.

Here’s a rundown of all the must-know announcements, ranked in totally random order:

01. One Piece Season 2 Adds a Reindeer Doc
The Straw Hat Pirates are sailing back in 2026, and this time they’re bringing Tony Tony Chopper! Fan-favorite reindeer and crew doctor Chopper will be played by Mikaela Hoover, who’s also doing the facial capture.

02. Happy Gilmore 2 Swings In
Adam Sandler returns to the green in Happy Gilmore 2, and he’s not alone—Julie Bowen, Ben Stiller, and Christopher McDonald are all back, plus Bad Bunny joins the party. The full trailer, backed by Pilot’s ‘Magic,’ dropped at Tudum. The film tees off on July 25, 2025.

03. Wednesday Season 2 Gets Darker (and Gaga)
The first six minutes of Wednesday Season 2? Revealed live! Jenna Ortega’s Wednesday wakes up tied in a serial killer’s basement. Then, Lady Gaga stole the spotlight, confirming she’s officially part of the cast as Rosaline Rotwood, a legendary teacher at Nevermore.

04. Frankenstein Trailer Debuts
Guillermo del Toro finally dropped the trailer for his long-awaited Frankenstein, starring Oscar Isaac. While we’re still waiting on a firm release date, it’s slated for November, and judging by the trailer, it’s going to be a monster-sized hit.

05. Stranger Things Season 5 Drops Dates
The Hawkins gang is back for one final ride. Netflix confirmed Stranger Things Season 5 will arrive in three parts: November 26, December 25, and December 31. It’s the end of an era, and it’s going to be epic.

06. The Rip Gets a Release Date

07. Squid Game Season 3 Teases Final Chapter

08. Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery Lands a Date
Daniel Craig is back as Benoit Blanc, and he’s bringing another A-list squad for the next Knives Out mystery. Wake Up Dead Man premieres December 12 with stars like Glenn Close, Josh O’Connor, and Mila Kunis.
