Prince William and Kate Middleton are probably the most beloved royal couple of this century so it does not come as a surprise that Netflix has decided to include them in the upcoming season of their hit show, The Crown.
As of today, the series has had five seasons and due to its success, it was quickly renewed for a sixth one. The show follows the history of the late Queen Elizabeth II, her family, and their struggles. It is also worth noting that the show is finally catching up to the modern day so the producers are looking to expand the focus to other members of the family.
The production of the upcoming season was suspended for a few months after Queen Elizabeth II passed away in 2022. However, it looks like the whole team is finally back to work. Earlier this week, a set of backstage photos was shared online to give fans of the show a sneak peek of what is about to come.
The photo shows William and Kate during their teenage years and it also revealed that the actors that will have the difficult task of bringing them to life on the small screen are Ed McVey and Meg Bellamy.
