A few hours ago, TWICE‘s Sana confessed to fans that she is upset about the wardrobe malfunction buzz at a photo wall and explained the whole situation behind this scandal.
On June 18th, the girl group attended together the photo wall for the launch of their ‘TEAZEN x TWICE Kombucha Lab‘ collaboration pop-up at the Leema Building in Seoul, where they appeared wearing colorful summer looks.
Sana drew particular attention for her bold swimsuit look, which quickly generated speculations of her experiencing a malfunction. These rumors were fueled when, after a break, she returned to the photo call with the piece looking more like a dress and hiding the underwear-like part.

Hours later, the idol opened up through her Bubble chat with fans, revealing that originally the plan was to wear this look with the top piece over it; however, she did not have time to check the look before the event appearance.
“When it was time to come out for the appearance, I didn’t have a chance to check myself in the mirror, so I didn’t realize the front was open like that. I only saw it when I came back into the waiting room.”
She continues expressing her frustration for this mistake but also for the media and social networks’ buzz about her bold look:
“I was already upset that I couldn’t wear it the way it was supposed to be from the fitting, and now I’m more upset that there’s a lot of buzz. Or am I? Idk. Hehehe.”
