Selena Gomez says her current beauty era feels flirty, classic, and a little sexy! The pop star and makeup entreprenur revaled her truth during the launch of Rare Beauty at an Ulta Beauty store in El Segundo, California, on January 31, 2026. She also explained that she still feels young and enjoys a soft and playful style, saying that it feels surreal to see her products displayed in stores.
“I came in the other night, and it was just, it was one of those surreal moments,” she revealed. “It just felt so official.”

During the event, Selena explained that Ulta Beauty is helping support donations throughout February 2026. Customers can donate when buying any product, and 50 percent goes to the Ulta Beauty Charitable Foundation, and another 50 percent is given to the Rare Impact Fund. The Rare Impact Fund focuses on improving access to mental health services for young people, raising more than 20 million dollars and supporting 30 nonprofit organizations across five continents.
“If you buy any product, not even Rare, you can choose to make a donation and 50 percent of it will go to the Ulta Beauty Charitable Foundation and the other 50 percent will go to the Rare Impact Fund.”
