The whole United Kingdom was shocked after Buckingham Palace gave a sad and significant update on King Charles III’s health status after a procedure for his elongated prostate. The king was diagnosed with a form of cancer, and Queen Camilla Parker has come to clear the air in her latest public appearance.
The Monarch of the United Kingdom had to step back from all of his public-facing duties while he underwent treatment for the next couple of weeks. In addition, Kate Middleton also had a planned abdominal surgery, which means all the royal duties weighed on Prince William and Queen Camilla Parker’s shoulders.
On February 8, Camilla Parker attended a musical concert celebrating the work of local charities at Salisbury Cathedral in Wiltshire. The British media outlets were eagerly waiting to ask the queen how King Charles III was doing, and she didn’t hesitate to give a significant update on his health status after the announcement.
Ben Abbott, a paramedic of the Wilshire Air Ambulance team told Queen Camilla Parker: “I do hope His Majesty is doing well Ma’am, we’re all really sad to hear the news.” she answered:
“King Charles is doing extremely well under the circumstances. He is very touched by all of the letters and messages the public has been sending from everywhere. That’s very cheering.”
Undeniably, all members of the royal family are united to cheer King Charles III and ease the tension on his shoulders about being the Monarch of the United Kingdom. Queen Camilla Parker has proved once again she is a hard-working royal, just like everybody else in the family.
