Margot Robbie will be playing Barbie in the upcoming live-action and there is a lot of fuss about her performance and the movie in general. However, she recently made some controversial comments about the character that she will bring to life. According to her, Barbie should never be sexy and now there is a whole debate on social media about it.

Earlier this week the final trailer for the movie was released and it went viral. On top of that, Margot shared her opinion on the character and her sex appeal in an interview with Vogue:

After the interview was posted, Margot Robbie’s comments caused a stir in social media which led to an endless debate about the sexualization of inanimate objects, particularly toys.
