King Charles III’s first weeks as the ruler of the United Kingdom have not been perfect and it is said that several members of the royal family, such as Prince Andrew, do not agree with several of his decisions and some of them are even disobeying his orders.
A few months ago, Charles asked Andrew to move out of his current residence, the Royal Lodge, so Prince William and Kate Middleton could move in. He rejected his request as his new residence was going to be Frogmore Cottage, which is considerably smaller.
On top of that, it looks like the tension between the two brothers continues to grow and it is unlikely that they will reach an agreement. According to The Times: “That’s not a matter for the King. It’s a matter for the Chancellor of the Exchequer. The only way you could get him to move out would be through an arrangement — he would have to agree.”
This could be a huge blow to King Charles III and some people think that he looking to clean up the royal family’s image. However, it is not going to be an easy task as several of its members are constantly involved in controversies.
