The tension between the Queen consort, Camilla Parker, and King Charles III continues to rise due to the invitation she did not want to send, despite Charles’ desire for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to attend his coronation, the Queen consort has had strong discussions with him over this issue.

Camilla is known to have been handling all the details of the coronation and it has been suggested on several occasions that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex would not be invited.

According to a source close to the royals, the queen consort simply does not want to see Harry at the event because of the criticism he made about her in his autobiography, but the source also said that Camilla has been trying to get in the way of the invitation not going ahead.

Although King Charles believes Harry and Meghan should be present at the coronation, he has not completely forgiven the royal couple for what has happened in the past and the strong revelations he has made against the royal family.

The source also explained that the tension between Camilla Parker and King Charles III has reached such a point that they have been sleeping in separate rooms due to their constant bickering and that there could possibly be a separation between the royal couple.

The disagreement over the Sussexes‘ invitation is not the only thing the royal couple has been at odds over, they have also been at disagreement over other aspects of the coronation, from the organization of the ceremony to the celebrities to be invited.

Despite the tension, King Charles is hoping Camilla Parker will calm down and see the “bigger picture.” The source said he is trying to make some kind of progress and is even willing to forgive Harry and Meghan. For now, the coronation is still on and a response to the invitation is expected from the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in the coming weeks.
