Kanye West is now officially “Ye“. According to TMZ , the American rapper changed his documents after a judge authorized the name change. Two months ago, the artist filed documents in court to change his name, alleging personal reasons for doing so.
After the court decision, Kanye Omari West is now called just Ye, with no surname. TMZ claims that Kim Kardashian and the couple’s children must keep the surname “West”. “Ye” is a long-time nickname for the rapper and named one of his albums, released in 2018.
