King Charles III became the new sovereign of the United Kingdom when the country was in the middle of an economic crisis. Earlier this week, it was revealed that King Charles III’s private estate, also known as theDuchy of Lancaster has almost 18.000 hectares and has produced a profit of $34,3 million dollars. The estate was passed to the King after Queen Elizabeth II died in 2022.
On top of that, King Charles III is exempt from paying taxes for the property, unlike many small companies who have to pay taxes for every property they currently occupy. Despite this, It is well known that he pays a small amount voluntarily but that was not enough and the British people are still against the Royal Family being so rich.
