i-dle recently performed their latest musical release, “Mono,” on various American talk shows to promote the North American leg of the 2026 “Syncopation” world tour. However, fans have received notifications announcing the cancellation of their dates.
The girl group was scheduled to perform in a total of 10 cities in North America during August, kicking off the leg with Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, on August 2 before making their way to the United States. The 10 stops were cancelled abruptly on April 18, without any further explanation.
While some believe the Kpop industry is failing to sell “platinum” ticket pricing for major musical events, others believe it could be the rising aircraft fuel prices due to global conflicts that are already taking a toll on the entertainment sector. Whatever the reason, i-dle is set to perform at ‘Lollapalooza Chicago’ on July 31 with a new album.
