King Charles III’s official coronation is just a few weeks away and Buckingham Palace has already confirmed the attendance of almost 2,000 people that were invited to the most important royal event in 70 years.

Charles has made several desperate attempts to ease the controversies before his coronation and to ensure that the focus is on him.
King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain were the first ones to confirm their attendance at the coronation. However, they are currently dealing with the rumors of their divorce so things might change. Princess Charlene along with Prince Albert of Monaco also reversed that they are going to attend.
Tom Cruise was invited by King Charles III himself. He accepted the invitation and confirmed his participation in the historic event. In addition and to no one’s surprise, the royal British family is also going to attend along with other nobles.
Something that drew the media’s attention was Meghan Markle’s absence from the guest list. She allegedly turned down the invitation which caused a stir in the United Kingdom. According to royal experts, Meghan was described as anti-monarchical and selfish. On the other hand, Prince Harry’s attendance is confirmed and the international press is waiting on answers regarding the royal family’s relationship details.
