NewJeans’ Haerin is shining in a brand-new promotional video for OLENS’ new “RAINBLACK” contact lens line, continuing the group’s role as ambassadors since 2023. The campaign is elegant, stylish, and exactly what fans expect from South Korea’s go-to lens brand: a clear aesthetic with visual poshness.

But behind the glamour, NewJeans are still in a legal feud with their agency. Most recently, on August 14, 2025, members Minji and Danielle appeared in court for an 80-minute mediation session with ADOR and its parent HYBE. No agreement was reached in the session, with both parties set to step into the courtroom walls again on September 11.

If talks collapse again, the case will move toward a final verdict scheduled for October 30. HYBE claims ADOR’s former CEO, Min He Jin, tried to take over the company and has accused NewJeans of violating their contract. Meanwhile, the group says the company broke their trust and has been abusive. As fans wait for a final verdict, this OLENS campaign reminds them that NewJeans are still a K-pop force, even amid a legal battle.
