CORTIS reaches the top five on MelOn with the newly released track, “REDRED”

The group’s new single keeps rising on the Korean and global music charts

CORTIS reached a new chart achievement after their latest single “REDRED” climbed to No. 4 on MelOn’s Top 100 chart. Big Hit Music shared the update on May 6, 2026, confirming that the track had become the group’s strongest chart peak so far in the country. “REDRED” first entered the chart at No. 98 when it was released in late April 2026, then continued it continued to gain traction as more listeners discovered the song.

The single is also gaining attention outside South Korea. “REDRED” entered Billboard’s Global 200 at No. 63 and Billboard’s Global Excl. US chart at No. 31. On Spotify’s Daily Top Songs Global chart, the track reached a new peak of No. 36 on May 3, 2026, after jumping 45 spots from the previous day. These results show that CORTIS is gaining new listeners both in South Korea and the rest of the globe.

“REDRED” is the main track from CORTIS’ second EP, “GREENGREEN,” which was released on May 4, 2026. The project sold more than 1 million copies on its first day, making the group a million-seller during their early days as a band. In addition, “TNT” was released as a single to support the mini–album launch, effectively creating buzz with two tracks from the same EP. To continue supporting the release, the quintet will also open a pop-up store in Seoul from May 9, 2026, to May 14, 2026. The store is expected to attract fans who want to celebrate the EP and buy related merchandise.
