Cha Eunwoo has officially entered his military era, and his agency is setting firm boundaries. The ASTRO member enlisted on July 28, 2025, and is currently undergoing two weeks of basic training before joining the ROK military band. Unfortunately for fans who hoped to send him letters and gifts during his 18-month service, his agency Fantagio has kindly but clearly shut down the idea.

In a notice titled “Cha Eunwoo military base letter and mail delivery guidance,” the agency explained that while they understand the love and support, managing large volumes of fan mail during service is difficult. Parcels could get lost, create logistical issues, or even interfere with military operations. Consequently, they asked fans to avoid sending anything directly to the base. If this request is ignored, they warned that they might be forced to dispose of the items.

This also applies to upcoming milestones like his birthday and debut anniversary. No gifts will be accepted at those times either. Instead, Fantagio encouraged fans to send their support to the agency headquarters. For now, Aroha will need to cheer from afar until Cha Eunwoo returns to the spotlight on January 27, 2027. His fans might want to celebrate him, but Fantagio clearly wants order first.
