The upcoming event will be broadcast live in movie theaters around the world, allowing ARMYs (that is the name BTS fans have) outside South Korea to experience the anniversary show in real time. The Busan stadium can hold approximately 53,000 people, making it one of the largest venues the group will perform in during their global run. BTS previously brought concert screenings to cinemas in April 2026 with performances from Goyang and Tokyo. However, the Busan concert is especially meaningful because it marks the group’s first performance at the venue since announcing its temporary hiatus in 2022 to complete mandatory military service, and it also marks their anniversary as part of the FESTA celebrations.
The BTS WORLD TOUR “ARIRANG” is expected to run for 11 months and include 80 concerts across 34 cities. Following the Busan concerts, BTS will continue touring in major European cities, including Madrid, Brussels, London, Munich, and Paris. The seven-member team is also scheduled to perform during the FIFA World Cup final halftime show on July 19, 2026, alongside Madonna and Shakira, making 2026 one of the most prominent years of BTS’ career.
