The footage was shared by trainer and bodybuilder Ma Seon-Ho, showing the trio having a good pump like pro fitness freaks. And the beast part? They are looking spectacular.

Ma Seon-Ho wrote that he flew to LA to teach the boys some workout tips and praised their passion for exercise. But the short video didn’t just show effort, it gave fans a peek at Jungkook’s veins popping through his pecs and biceps, V’s effortlessly cool vibe mid-sweat, and RM’s fitness energy. No wonder social media went into meltdown, with hashtags trending across Twitter and TikTok in minutes.

The video proved once again that BTS isn’t just owning the stage, they’re also smashing at the gym. This also isn’t the first time the members have shown their passion for exercising, as earlier this year Jungkook and V treated fans to multiple gym photos and workout videos. At this point, we can just say that they sure know how to make hearts race, both working out and in concert.
