A few hours ago, BLACKPINK‘s Lisa went viral on social networks for admitting she visited a fortune teller in a recent interview facing the lie detector.
On June 23rd, Vanity Fair shared through its YouTube channel a new video interview with the idol titled ‘LISA Takes a Lie Detector Test’, where she joins one of the magazine’s most popular segments, revealing the truth about her life and career.
The interrogator begins by reminding her that she changed her name to Lisa at the suggestion of a fortune teller and asks if she makes all her decisions based on fortune tellers and continues asking if she went to a fortune teller this month, and she sincerely said, “Yes.”
Then, the idol was asked about what she asked this time, and she shyly confessed it was “About my life and what 2026 will be like” and continued, saying she didn’t go to the fortune teller with any BLACKPINK member because “I don’t think they believe in it.”
The singer was also asked if she thinks her and her group’s success was because of a fortune teller, and despite a small moment of doubt, she firmly said, “No, it’s because of the four of us,” and the lie detector confirmed she was being truthful.
