As it happens every year, the famous Forbes magazine listed who were the most profitable artists in 2022. Among them are names like Taylor Swift, Bad Bunny, Sting, Rolling Stones and more, who earned more than $1.3 billion.

Two names stand out among those ranked: Taylor Swift, for being the only woman in the Top 10, as well as Bad Bunny, the only Latino on the list. Between the relaunch of her catalogs and the arrival of the new “Midnights” era, the blonde was also graced with the success of “The Eras Tout“, with a total of US$ 92 million, in 2022.

Much of that amount, came from her re-recordings, including streaming earnings and album sales. It was enough to position him at number 9 in the top ten highest paid artists of last year. This is the sixth time he has been included in the list, in 2019 he occupied the first place.

As good as the year was for the singer, it was even better for several rock stars. The Rolling Stones, grossed US$ 98 million with career hits and celebrating 60 years together on their European Sixty tour last year.
