In her first direct messages to her fans, TWICE‘s Jeongyeon says her new company ‘fully supports’ her to follow her dreams and show another side of her.
On August 10th, the K-Pop idol talked to her fans through her Bubble fan chat about the recent announcement of leaving JYP Entertainment to join Varo Entertainment to support her acting career.
Jeongyeon recognised this news was a surprise for her fans, expressed her happiness to be supported by them, and revealed that despite feeling afraid of this new era, she “really wanted to show a wider variety of sides of me.”
She continues highlighting her good bond with her new company: “I can’t tell you how great it is to meet a company that fully supports me,” and revealing we will soon “be able to see it on TV, so just wait a little longer!!!!!”
The TWICE member concluded teasing the project as something that will come from a “really unexpected place”, generating much expectation, and finally asked fans, “Please give it a try!”
