During a recent commitment in the United Kingdom, Prince Harry reveals how he and Meghan Markle commemorate Princess Diana on special days after her tragic passing.

On July 11th, the Duke of Sussex attended the Scotty’s Summer Festival at Maxstoke Castle in Warwickshire, where he had a Q&A session with children and their families, marking his most recent public event during his visit to his natal country.

During that conversation, a teenager asked if Prince Harry does anything special to commemorate Princess Diana’s birthday on July 1st or her death anniversary on August 31st, to which he answered, “Yes, we do lemon drizzle cake.”

He continued saying that those family celebrations with Meghan Markle and their children mean a lot to him, as “I think traditions are really, really important,” and concluded his response saying, “Especially when they’re sweet.”

This revelation demonstrates once again that the Duke of Sussex commemorates his late mother’s memoir to this day not only with meaningful foundations but also with family traditions that keep her alive for her children Archie and Lilibet.
