Last night, BLACKPINK‘s Rosé and Jisoo made history for K-Pop by appearing in Super Bowl commercials under two important names in the entertainment and fashion industry.

On February 8th, the renowned sport event that is known for having a top music show at halftime and being the gathering of many celebrities was held, bringing many brands and companies using this opportunity to share commercials, trailers, announcements, and more.

Amid the Super Bowl, Rosé revealed through her Instagram that she was at the stadium to witness the great event dressed in total denim, and then the Levi’s commercial was released showing the K-pop idol as one of the stars who pose with these famous garments. The best came when she was announced as the brand’s global ambassador.

Despite Jisoo not attending the American football match, she made an appearance through the Pokémon‘s special announcement for its 30th anniversary, in which, alongside many other celebrities, the Korean singer chose Eevee as her favorite due to her identifying with it.

ROSÉ and JISOO became the First K-pop Artists this decade to be featured in the #SuperBowl ad commercials.
