BTS’ new album and world tour are just around the corner. As time ticks, fans are preparing themselves to live a once-in-a-lifetime experience, particularly the Mexican fans, who already proved their power as a fan base.

On January 25, Ticketmaster reported that approximately 1.1 million users joined the virtual waiting room simultaneously to secure tickets for the three-day event. Mexicans fans proved they are worthy of having plenty of dates as they exhausted the entire inventory within 37 minutes.

BTS three shows are almost sold out in Mexico

The pre-sale phase for fan club members reached full capacity in less than an hour. Ticketmaster representatives describe it as the biggest phenomenon in the recent history of the Mexican live music industry.

The success of the tour is now characterized as a significant cultural movement rather than a simple commercial achievement. BTS is redefining the modern music industry through their inclusivity and emotional bond with Mexican fans. The huge success might be the start of taking Latin America as a powerhouse for the Kpop scene.
