Taylor Swift is not just living “The Life of a Showgirl” this holiday season; she’s also spreading joy. The “Blank Space” singer dropped donations in December that hit straight to the heart, giving funds to Nashville’s Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt and Kansas City’s Operation Breakthrough.

Vanderbilt University Medical Center confirmed the gifts on December 30, 2025, including support for its Adolescent and Young Adult Cancer Program. Doctors praised Taylor Swift as a partner in helping children receive specialized care during a time when hospital stays feel extra tough.
“These gifts are so timely — of course, it is the holiday season, when a hospital stay is especially tough. And we are also seeing continued increases in the number of patients and families who turn to us for care. This makes a difference for us all,” said Juan C. Salazar, MD, MPH, chair of the Department of Pediatrics at Vanderbilt Health, system pediatrician-in-chief for Monroe Carell, and James C. Overall Professor.
Operation Breakthrough also shared the love on Instagram, celebrating the singer and songwriter for empowering over 750 students through creativity, education, and opportunity. And she did not stop there. Throughout the month, Taylor quietly donated funds to organizations like Feeding America, MusiCares, American Heart Association, CMA Foundation, and ACM Lifting Lives.

Taylor even kept the kindness rolling on Christmas Day. While cheering on fiancé Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium, she handed out generous $600 tips to stadium employees. One worker named Robyn mentioned on Facebook that the “Opalite” hittmaker wished everyone Merry Christmas, thanked them for working that day, and gave them the tips.
