- Lady Gaga – The Dead Dance (single): Mother Monster is feeding her Little Monsters with “The Dead Dance,” an 80s-infused track that’s accompanying Netflix’s Wednesday in part two of its second season. - aespa – Rich Man (single / mini-album): The aespa girls dropped “Rich Man,” their first mini-album this year. The EP is stepping it up with its title track, which has an epic video that’s all about adrenaline, girl power, and some rock-infused riffs.

- MONSTA X – THE X (mini-album): Technically not a Friday release because it dropped on Monday, September 1, the boy group did release a deluxe version today. It includes its main singles “Do What I Want” and “N the Front,” along with a remix.
