History was made on August 2, 2025, when K-pop powerhouse TWICE lit up Chicago’s Grant Park as the first-ever all-female K-pop act to headline Lollapalooza. The crowd went wild as Jihyo, Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu hit the stage with a 21-song set that was all about sparkle and energy. But the most dazzling highlight? A jaw-dropping drone show, which sealed their “Honmoon” (a nod to their participation in the KPop Demon Hunters soundtrack).

The setlist featured bops like “Queen of Hearts” and the title track from their brand-new album “This is For,” released just weeks earlier in July. Day 3 of Lollapalooza was stacked with talent, and TWICE weren’t the only ones bringing the heat. Rüfüs Du Sol got the crowd vibing at the T-Mobile stage, and Doechii turned heads with her creatively staged “Doechii’s School of Hip-Hop” experience. Rapper JT even dropped in for a surprise moment during the Alter Ego set.
#TWICE has wrapped up their first sold-out appearance at Lollapalooza, performing 21 songs back to back with full choreography and no breaks. This powerhouse performance cements their status as one of the world’s top-performing acts.

The 2025 edition of Lollapalooza wraps up August 3, but it’s already a major festival. With big names like Olivia Rodrigo, Tyler, the Creator, A$AP Rocky, and Sabrina Carpenter closing things out, this year’s fest is a full-on celebration of music in different genres. But let’s be real, TWICE owned the night.
