Netflix’s “Kpop Demon Hunters” has become a global phenomenon since its release, thanks to its intriguing plot and marvelous OST. The fictional Kpop girl band HUNTR/X is currently competing with major K-pop acts and is reigning supreme in the scene.
HUNTR/X and BLACKPINK have been competing for the No.1 spot on global Spotify. Recently, BLACKPINK reached 6 days at No.1 on the charts and became the longest-running #1 by a K-pop group, tying their own “Shut Down.”
On July 18, HUNTR/X reached the No.1 spot with 6.522 million streams with their song, “GOLDEN.” Which is a huge achievement for the fictional Kpop group. Previously, HUNTR/X became the only Kpop female group to reach the top of the United States Spotify charts. Do you think HUNTR/X will be able to challenge BLACKPINK to break another record?
