On June 14, G-Dragon held the “PEACEMINUSONE Highball” launching party at the Grand Hyatt Seoul in Yongsan-gu. Originally, the event was scheduled to kick off at 7 PM. However, the reporters waited almost 40 minutes before G-Dragon made his public appearance. Something that the K-Netizens heavily criticized.

The idol was pulled up in a “PEACEMINUSONE” edition Cybertruck. G-Dragon’s music agency, Galaxy Corporation, immediately released a statement to excuse G-Dragon’s late arrival to the event, stating that it was “traffic congestion.”
G-Dragon didn’t address his tardiness in front of the reporters; instead, he proceeded with the evening’s plans and became the talk of the town for his lack of commitment to the rest of the public and reporters.
