Recently, Taylor Swift pulled off the ultimate music boss move—she finally owns all six of her original albums again! And what better way to celebrate than with her ride-or-die, Selena Gomez? The iconic duo stepped out for a low-key dinner in New York, catching up and toasting Taylor’s massive $300 million purchase of her original catalogue.

While Taylor rocked a chic black outfit with a neckline, Selena kept it cozy in a brown mustard crop top and brown pants, adorned with a warm coat. The reunion wasn’t just a girls’ night—it was a celebration! Taylor recently sealed the deal with Shamrock Capital, officially getting her masters back from Big Machine Records. And in true Swift fashion, she shared an emotional, beautifully written letter with fans after the deal was done.

For the unversed, Taylor Swift offered to buy her masters after leaving her former label, Big Machine Records. That option wasn’t given to her, so the singer decided to re-record her studio albums (Speak Now, Fearless, Red, and 1989) under “Taylor’s Version”. Meanwhile, her self-titled debut album and Reputation hadn’t been released as re-recordings, and with the original versions back in her power, their release under the “Taylor’s Version” name is uncertain.

Despite this, all her songs legally belong to her, and as Taylor puts it, it’s celebration time from here on out—and we’re all invited!
