NCT’s Doyoung shed tears due to a fan’s sweet words

Idols always find a way to surprise their more loyal fans. This time, NCT’s Doyoung became a part-time worker at a drawing cafe to surprise a fan who is aspiring to become a webtoon writer. The whole interaction left the fandom in tears.

Recently, the idol appeared on an episode of “Dingo Story” to surprise the fan, Hyeonseo. He surprised her by bringing her an order of drinks. After the nice surprise, she revealed she liked him because he always had something nice to say, particularly about his worries about taking a different path than her friends in high school.

After wrapping up the filming session, the fan burst into tears, which caught Doyoung’s attention. He politely asked what happened, and the fan explained she wanted to express much more to him. This was enough for Doyoung to shed a tear and make a sweet message on Bubble.

“The ocean doesn’t get wet from the rain. To those who taught me how to swim without fear. To my ocean, I can’t promise we will have bright weather forever, but I’ll make sure you will never get wet in the rain.”
