Photos from the series, featuring both new and returning cast members, were released by Netflix on February 1st. Even a new teaser for Lee Jung Jae that continued where the previous series ended was released. Internet users couldn’t contain their enthusiasm upon learning that actress Jo Yuri, a former member of IZ*ONE, would be joining the cast of the show. Fans “criticized” the new teasers since she wasn’t seen amidst all the hoopla.
Director Hwang Dong-hyuk once again handles the script, direction and production of the series. Lee Jung-jae, Lee Byung-hun, Wi Ha-jun and Gong Yoo reprise their roles from season one. Joining the cast are Im Si-wan, Kang Ha-neul, Park Kyu-young, Lee Jin-uk, Park Sung-hoon, Yang Dong-kun, Kang Ae-shim, Lee David, Choi Seung-hyun, Roh Jae-won, Jo Yuri and Won Ji-an.
