Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been seeking deals since they departed from the royal family in 2020. They hit the nail on the head after they released their controversial Netflix docuseries, “Harry & Meghan,” and they are ready to make history once again with a new movie and docuseries.
The Times reported that the Chief content officer of Netflix, Bela Bajaria, unveiled new information regarding future projects with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. She stated that the former royal couple is working hard on a couple of unscripted projects, including a movie and some docuseries. However, the projects are in their early stages, so no more information can be unveiled.
The royal followers were more than thrilled to find out that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are working on Carley Fortune’s novel, “Meet Me At The Lake.” The former royal couple acquired the rights to the novel just last summer.
“I’m so thrilled about working with Netflix and Archewell to bring Meet Me at the Lake to the screen. Will and Fern’s love story is dear to my heart, and I can’t imagine a more perfect partnership.”
Numerous royal followers believe that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s photograph with Paramount+ and Nickelodeon’s CEO, Brian Robbins, was a clear threat to Netflix because they haven’t announced any upcoming project, and apparently, it worked well for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
