The renowned singer and actress, Selena Gomez, has recently confirmed that she cannot have children if she wants to conceive them naturally due to her mental disorder.
In early April 2020, it was revealed that the artist suffered from bipolar disorder and for this reason she was constantly seen at McLean Hospital, considered one of the best hospitals for mental problems in the United States.
After confirming her diagnosis, Gomez was able to understand why she was suffering from the disorder and what she needed to do to treat it. Therefore, with certain tools that he uses today, he has managed to have a better quality of life.

Now, due to the treatments she must undergo and the medications she must take on a daily basis, she cannot have children naturally, as her disorder could increase and cause severe damage to her health and that of her baby.
“That’s a very big, big, present thing in my life. However I’m meant to have them, I will.My psychiatrist really guided me.
But I had to detox, essentially, from the medications I was taking. I had to learn to remember certain words.
CI would forget where I was when we were talking. I had a hard time accepting that I was bipolar, but learning to deal with it because it wasn’t going to go away“.

Selena admits that she would like to have children because she would like to have the privilege of raising a child, but she would do it using a different uterus than hers, a process that today is very advanced and normalized.
