Zendaya to play Cleopatra in new movie
According to Daniel Ritchman, Denis Villeneuve has received approval for his long-awaited Cleopatra film, which has already signed Zendaya and Timothée Chalamet as cast members.
“I have a historical film project about Cleopatra’s life that I’m very excited about and hope to bring to the big screen, maybe after ‘Dune: Part 2′. It would be a dirty, bloody political thriller. A two-hour thriller with a lot of people saying barbarities and having sex. The opposite of what you would expect when you go to see the movie.”- The film’s director told The Hollywood Reporter.
