Zac Efron’s reason for his recent hospitalization in Spain was revealed

However, the “Baywatch” protagonist hit the bottom of the pool and ingested water into his lungs. Once in the hospital, the actor took a chest x-ray to ensure the water had exited his lungs. Since the minor incident, he has posted a picture of himself exercising, proving that he went quickly back to normal.
