In a recent interview, the former LOONA star named BLACKPINK’s JENNIE as her role model, praising her charisma, stage power, and bold artistry. “I want to develop my charm by trying everything I want to do,” Yves shared. “At the same time, I want to become a highly sought-after artist and showcase amazing stage performances like JENNIE sunbaenim.”

Her statement came at the perfect time, as Yves just dropped her third extended play, “Soft Error,” on August 7, 2025. The EP is already making noise thanks to its hyper-pop sound and bold collabs. The main track “White Cat,” released on July 23, instantly caught fire with its experimental energy. Just like that, Yves made it clear she’s all about carving a lane for herself with a distinctive sound.
The EP’s tracklist, unveiled on July 23, features four songs and two impressive collaborations. Yves teams up with Mexican alt-pop star Bratty and the online pop diva PinkPantheress, which has only captured new listeners.
