Harry Potter is undoubtedly one of the best known stories worldwide and that left everyone shocked with the story of some wizards, but not just any wizard, the one chosen to save the entire magical world making people get into the adventures of the little boy who grew up accompanying everyone.

Not only the books were a success, the movies caused a lot of impact and with this, the sale of a lot of promotional material as merchandise, making the wands a great business that we can find everywhere, but that now would be causing problems to Warner.

Warner is the studio that is behind much of the magic of Harry Potter and is now the one that would be affected due to nothing more and nothing less than a wand, due to the event with a licensed Harry Potter flashlight pen, as this object caused the blindness of a child.

According to Jessica Perry, the plaintiff, leaving it in the hands of a minor can be deadly because no part of the product box indicates that it can contain this type of detachment. This results in an $8 million lawsuit, which will be used as compensation for the damages suffered by the 3-year-old child.

The mother says that as the child’s older brother waved the wand, the metal part of the feather came out of the wand and flew across the room and pierced her son’s eye. In the records, the mother claims that the feather broke the boy’s eyeball, which nearly blinded him and forced him to undergo several eye surgeries.

The mother claims that her son must now protect himself against retinal injuries. Therefore, he will not be able to play sports or lead a normal life for the rest of his life. Warner has not disclosed anything about this to the public, but it is hoped that the child will be fine and that such incidents will not happen again.

What do you think about it? Do you think the lawsuits will be resolved quickly?
