Twice has recently gained attention in the United States after participating in the “Kpop Demon Hunters” soundtrack. The girls’ title track, “Strategy,” from their latest musical project under the same name, has had a major resurgence in the region and even granted them a new peak on the Billboard Hot 100.
On August 20, Billboard revealed that “Strategy,” which was first released in December 2024, recently climbed up the charts due to its inclusion in Netflix’s hit film. The song has jumped to No. 62 on the Billboard Hot 100, making it Twice’s highest ranking to date as a full group.
Now, the song has spent its fourth week in a row inside the Billboard Hot 100, a major milestone for the group, which is currently dabbling in the American Market. On the other hand, Twice’s Jeongyeon, Jihyo, and Chaeyoung’s version of the “KPop Demon Hunters” original song “Takedown” has reached No. 70 in its sixth consecutive week on the chart. Congratulations to Twice.
