Travis Kelce is sharing more about his wedding to Taylor Swift just as he prepares to return to the NFL! In a preview of an ESPN interview airing on September 14, 2026, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end confirmed that he and the singer’s wedding celebration was the best night of his life.
During the interview with ESPN anchor Chris Berman, Travis Kelce jokingly reacted when asked whether reports of his marriage were true. He then opened up about the ceremony, saying that marrying Taylor was more than he could have wanted because of the people who attended and the amount of love for them as a couple.
“It was the best night of my life. Marrying Taylor was more than I could have ever dreamed it to be because of all the people that showed up, and the amount of, you know, love that was in the air.”
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce reportedly tied the knot on July 3 at Madison Square Garden in New York City, with nearly 1,000 guests attending. The guest list included many of Kelce’s Chiefs teammates and head coach Andy Reid. The tight end had previously discussed the wedding on his New Heights podcast on September 2, describing it as a night the couple would never forget.
“Me and Taylor are so thankful for everybody that showed up, from the vows to just seeing everyone, to how much fun we had, throughout the entire evening and hearing that, kind of be relayed through everybody’s stories of the night. And it was just so magical, man,” he shared.
Meanwhile, with Kansas City’s season opener against the Denver Broncos scheduled for September 14 at 8:15 p.m. ET, Travis Kelce is returning to football as a married man!
