5. Katy Perry: The “Teenage Dream” girl became one of the most popular artists in the 2010s. The idol garnered 140.5 million RIAA certifications with her six albums and singles!

4. Mariah Carey: The Queen of the No.1s in the Billboard Hot 100 also garnered a greater audience during the 90s and 00s. Ultimately she was able to surpass the threshold of 149 Million certifications.

3. Taylor Swift: Everybody has listened to Taylor Swift’s music once in their lifetime. She is still breaking records and surely in a couple of years she will be at the top of the list, but she secured the No.3 spot with 194.5 million RIAA certifications.

2. Beyoncé: Beyoncé has successfully transitioned to the streaming era, despite having 30 years of career, she is still making viral music. Queen B has garnered 198.5 million RIAA certifications across all units.
