This is how KPop Demon Hunters expands its collectible lineup with new phone huggers

The new CultureFly blind box collection includes nine characters for the fans

Netflix’s KPop Demon Hunters keeps expanding its merchandise lineup with a new collection of blind box phone huggers from CultureFly. The collectible figures are designed to be placed on the edge of a phone, tablet, computer monitor, or another device, as long as it has a flat surface. Fans of the hit movie can collect nine different characters, including HUNTR/X members Rumi, Zoey, and Mira, the five Saja Boys, and the popular blue tiger Derpy. Each figure is made from flexible silicone and can be swapped or moved without leaving a sticky residue on the device.

This collection adds to a growing list of merchandise products inspired by the popular Netflix film, which has become one of the platform’s biggest successes, reaching record-breaking numbers on music charts and viewership milestones. Previous merchandise has included instant noodle-themed blind boxes, Funko Pops, and keychain charms. The movie has also gained attention through its music, with its soundtrack performing strongly on streaming platforms and “Golden” winning an Oscar and a Grammy Award. HUNTR/X has also developed into a major KPop trio, helping boost interest in the movie and its characters.

The new phone huggers are mainly decorative and are not designed to work as phone stands or grips. Since they are sold in blind boxes, fans do not know which character they will receive until the box is opened. That also means duplicates are possible for fans who purchase several boxes. For collectors hoping to complete the full set, trading figures with friends may be one of the easiest ways to get all nine characters.
